Seeing my mum be able to travel to see her sister without my brother and I having to take her takes a huge burden off of us, and makes travel so much easier for mum. Donna was so caring, capable, and professional. Donna got along so well with my mum and made a strong connection with her. Knowing that Donna was with her for the flight and would meet family at the other end gave us peace of mind. Giving my mum back the ability to travel means that she can use the precious time that she has to spend with family. We are all very grateful to Donna for facilitating this trip for mum. We would use Donna again without any hesitation and cannot say enough good things.
